Returns Policy
All FIXMYSTAND items may be returned in any condition within 10days of receipt for a full refund. Domestic shipments will include paid return shipping international shipments will NOT include paid return shipping. OEM dewalt replacement parts may be returned in new unused condition only. Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Domestic standard shipping via USPS ground advantage is included free for all USA shipping addresses. International orders include free standard shipping on orders of $50us or more. else a standard flat rate of $10us will apply to international orders only. Expedited offerings will be provided for additional costs at time of checkout. Expedited options DO NOT reduce handling times, only transit times.
Handling Time
All shipping estimates include a handling time of 24-48hours. 95% of all orders are shipping within 1business day. At times of high demand and material limitations a back order may arise in which a product reported as IN STOCK may be delayed by up to 5 business days. Orders may be canceled before an item is tracking within is respective carrier. After such a return authorization must be obtained and product returned before refund.
